Our Mom & Baby Outdoor Fitness Class is a welcoming and supportive class designed for moms who want to move their bodies, rebuild strength, and connect with other moms — all while bringing baby along.
This class is perfect for moms who are ready to ease back into fitness in a safe, encouraging, and low-pressure environment. Each workout will include a mix of bodyweight strength, core, mobility, balance, and light cardio exercises, with options and modifications provided for different fitness levels and stages of postpartum recovery.
Babies are welcome to stay in a stroller, carrier, or on a blanket beside you. This is a relaxed, mom-friendly class where feeding, changing, crying, and taking breaks are completely okay.
Whether you are newly returning to exercise or simply looking for a fun way to get outside and move with your baby, this class is a great way to build strength, boost energy, and meet other local moms.
Please bring water, a yoga mat or towel, a stroller or blanket for baby, and anything your baby may need during class.
This class is for moms with babies who have been cleared to return to exercise postpartum. All fitness levels are welcome.
Come as you are, bring baby, and enjoy moving your body in a supportive community of moms.
